Wubalech è la responsabile dell’Associazione che si occupa dell’approvvigionamento e la gestione dell’acqua nel distretto di Janamora, uno dei distretti più remoti dell’Etiopia. Ultimamente però, a causa di El Niño, un fenomeno climatico periodico che provoca gravi siccità o, al contrario, allagamenti, l’acqua scarseggia.
