Il modo in cui mangi equivale a come vivi.

Se mangi fast food digerisci i valori che quel cibo porta con sé. In America non comprendiamo il piacere di stare a tavola e di condividere: il 25% della popolazione mangia in macchina, si alimenta la solitudine.

Nel progetto degli orti scolastici ho scoperto una cosa importante: se a un bambino fai coltivare un ortaggio poi lo vorrà anche mangiare.
