Quante volte avete sentito dire che la pasta fa ingrassare mentre l'ananas scioglie i grassi. Oppure che lo zucchero di canna fa meno male di quello bianco.



Si tratta di false credenze, alcune anche piuttosto antiche, ma che il web aiuta a diffondere e amplificare.



A mettere in guardia sulle tante informazioni fasulle che riguardano diete e cibo sono gli esperti dell’Istituto Superiore di Sanità che, alle fake news sull’alimentazione, hanno dedicato un’intera sezione sul portale online ISSalute.it .
